Ingredients
- 1 box of Lemon Cake Mix.
- 1-8oz container Cool Whip.
- 1 egg.
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar (for rolling).
Method
- Preheat over to 350c.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cool whip, egg and cake mix together until well blended. The dough will be thick and very sticky.
- Drop by teaspoons full of into the bowl of powdered sugar and roll to coat.
- Place on baking paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
