Easy-Bake Yogurt Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs.
- 3 cups sugar.
- 3 cups flour.
- 1 cup vegetable oil.
- 1 teaspoon baking soda.
- 1 cup yogurt of choice.
Method
- Prepare a large baking tin with baking parchment, use butter too if that makes you more confident.
- In a mixing bowl, add the 3 cups of sugar, 3 cups of flour and baking soda. Mix these together with a wooden spoon.
- Then add the 1 cup of vegetable oil, the 4 eggs and the 1 cup of your chosen yogurt. Mix with a wooden spoon between each time you add something new and then again at the end.
- By this point, your mixture should be very wet and sticky and also very hard to stir.
- Pour mixture into the baking tin and spread evenly.
- Bake in oven at gas mark 6 for approximately 30-45 minutes or whenever cake becomes very golden.
